Delivery formats
RSM plans flexible delivery without treating every course as interchangeable. Technical practice, discussion, exercises, evidence and organizational context determine the best format.
Live virtual
Useful for province-wide and Canada-wide access, shared concepts, case studies, documentation exercises and discussion.
Classroom
Useful where discussion, physical examples, group exercises and direct facilitation strengthen learning.
On-site
Useful for municipalities, property portfolios, contractors and facility teams that need role-specific examples and shared procedures.
Blended
Useful when foundational concepts can be completed in advance and live time should focus on practice, discussion and assessment.
Format decision
Flexible delivery can improve access, but the format must still support the published learning outcomes. A course involving observation, documentation or applied decision making needs evidence that the learner can use the material—not merely that a video was opened.
Where physical equipment, field work or regulated activity is involved, RSM training must be combined with employer procedures, supervision, manufacturer instruction, site safety and any required licensing.
